Boyong's Gourmet Bagoong

Special Bagoong Rice


Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil 
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced) 
  • 4 cups Plain Rice 
  • 2 Tbsp Boyongs Special Bagoong (Spicy or Original) 
  • 3 Tbsp Carrots (Minced) 
  • 3 Tbsp Cabbage (minced) 
  • 3 Tbsp Green Peas 
  • 4 Pcs Small Srimp (Optional) 
  • 1 pc Hard boiled Egg (Toppings) 
  • Salt & Pepper (optional - To Taste).  
Procedures:
  • Pour cooking oil in a non-stick Pan. 
  • Mix and saute all ingredients. 
  • Serve while hot.
Cooking time: 5-10 mins 
Serving: 2-3 people
